Melissa Amundson

EXPERIENCE:

I attended North Dakota State University where I earned my BA in Mass Communication. Upon graduation, I worked in television advertising sales in Minneapolis for about ten years. In 2014, our family moved to Alexandria where I joined KXRA as an Account Executive. Since then, I’ve been promoted to Voice of Alexandria Operations Manager and now General Sales Manager. I can’t imagine doing anything else!

WHY YOU LOVE YOUR WORK:

There are so many reasons! The main one is being able to coach our team through their successes and seeing them thrive. Plus helping our clients go from being a good local businesses to an amazing brand!
